At Netkigali Ltd, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We provide professional services including business development, project design, and investment facilitation. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are considered final once the service has been delivered or initiated.
However, if a client is not satisfied with a service or identifies a clear issue with the deliverables, we encourage them to contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the case and may offer a partial refund, correction, or service replacement depending on the situation.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after the service has started or been delivered
- Delays caused by the client’s unresponsiveness or failure to provide necessary information
- Services already rendered or consumed
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@netkigali.com and will be processed within 14 business days if approved.
